How to Use the Prospectus

Step 1: Select your Garrison area You will need to select your Garrison Area (also known as your "Travel to Learn" area).

To choose your area please select the Garrison of your interest from the menu system to the right.

Step 2: Select the Age Range Step 2, is to select your Age Range of the courses that you are interested in, The age ranges are 14-16 and Post-16,

Children who are attending school and wish to undertake Post-16 courses at their local Army Education Centre (AEC), may require a letter of authority from their school's Headteacher.

Step 3: Select your Subject Category

Step 3, is to select your Subject Category, presently there are 15 categories to choose from, ranging from Agriculture through to Social Sciences.

The categories are defined as those listed in the "National Database of Accredited Qualifications". At this stage there are no Sub-categories.

Step 4: Select your Course

Step 4, is to select your Course of Interest from the list of courses.

From the list you can either click on the Course title or the Course Provider, to show details. If you click on the course title to view the course, you are able to select and view the contact details of the course provider.

Now please progress on your journey through the published courses by completing Step 1, and Good Luck on your journey.
