Summary:

This follows on from the AS course. This course provides opportunities for progression into Higher Education and in performing arts in particular. This course will develop your interest in and enjoyment of drama and theatre, both through experience as audience members and through your development of dramatic and technical skills. You will develop your ability to respond critically to a range of drama texts encouraging your understanding of the social and cultural contexts of drama and theatre. You will acquire practical theatre skills through practical and analytical exploration of dramatic styles and theatrical methods.

Grade D or above in AS Drama and Theatre Studies

Prescribed Plays exam and Presentation.
